I surrender all!

Do you really know what the word surrender means? According to Webster’s Dictionary it means to give all of something up to others! Have you ever given your most prized possession away and then when you realized what you had done, you almost took it back again. That really doesn’t sound much like surrendering all to me! If we come to give ourselves to the Lord Jesus Christ we must come just as we are and surrender our all to Him! If you do this without holding back anything you will find real joy in doing so! Jesus said, “Come unto me, all ye that are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest!” Some may not realize that when you come to Jesus, you can feel so light inside and oh so clean! He can take away any sin! Hallelujah. Glory to God for saving my soul! I have since made many mistakes and failed Him but when I come back and ask him to forgive me He has never turned me away! He said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you!” I don’t want to ever walk away from Him!

Let the Holy Ghost come in. Let the Holy Ghost come in. Make the consecration. Trust in God and then let the Holy Ghost come in. He changed my life and makes me happy! He gave me peace beyond compare. He promised me He’d never leave me and if I ever have a problem, I can call and he’d be there! I surrender all ! I surrender all. All to thee my blessed Saviour! Yes, that is all you have to do, just let the Holy Ghost come in! You just can’t imagine the difference it will make in your life! Why don’t to you try it and find out for yourself! He changed my life. I surrender all!

While laying in bed the other night this chorus was going through my mind and it is so true serving God is beautiful! We often tell others about something someone has done for us and we think they are so beautiful and of course they are! God is so much more beautiful than any person could be! No person has ever given his life for me so that I could have eternal life! Also no other person cam heal my sick body, time and time again! I can still remember the night He healed my eye. My eye was all red an inflamed. The doctor gave me twenty pills a day, this was on Friday. I was supposed to go back on Monday, but when I went back, my eye was better. The inflammation was gone. He called two other doctors in because he couldn’t figure out what had happened. Although I told them I was prayed for the night before and the infection had left. They wouldn’t believe me, and said those pills must have worked fast. They never saw them pills work so fast before. Then, after that my baby was born. I couldn’t even bend to pick him up, so I went back to God and prayed and He healed me. I went back to the doctor and asked them if this ever happened. He said, “No that was impossible.” But when I told him what I had done, he believed me. He said it wouldn’t have been possible without surgery. So you see, what I say, serving God is beautiful!

The chorus says: Serving God is beautiful. Serving the King of Kings. I serve Him because I love Him you see. Serving God is so beautiful to me!

He’s coming again very soon! When I say He is coming again very soon, who would you think that I am talking about? The other night my hubby was out working with my son when he came in with a slashed finger, so away to the hospital he went. After 3 hours I was starting to worry, when I heard him come in the yard, I was laying there thinking he will be here very soon. But He is coming again very soon. I wasn’t talking about my husband, I was talking about my Lord. In Acts 1:11, the Angels were talking to the men of Galilee and said, “This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven”. In Matthew 25:13, it tells us, “Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.” So it pays us to be ready. You may say, what must I do to be saved? This same question they asked Peter in Acts 2:37-39 “Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, “Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remissions of sin.” (To have your sins washed away)”and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is to you and to your children and to all that are far off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.” That means us today. So if you haven’t prepared to meet the Lord, please do it now. We have no promise of tomorrow. Israel is God’s time clock. he said,” When you see the armies gather about Jerusalem, then look up for your redemption draweth nigh.” And if you listen to the radio you will hear of wars and rumours of wars and how every nation is against Israel. So, we are living in the end times and so it will pay us each and everyone of us to be ready. “Jesus is coming soon. May be evening, night or noon. Jesus is coming again.”

No, Jesus never fails! Israel is His time clock, He said when we see these things come to pass then look up for our redemption draweth nigh! I do believe the mark of the beast is in the very near future. If we accept it we will be lost forever! He told us it would be a mark on our hand or our forehead do these things sound familiar to you? I know of at least one person who has already received a mark in Canada! As for me, I don’t want anything to do with it!
Perhaps you want to change your life around and get it straightened out once again. I’m sure if you will try Jesus He won’t ever fail you! Jesus will be there for you in all stages of your life. He has never failed me when I come him! He never promised an easy road but said He would never leave us or forsake us! Satan is looking for every chance to jump on us and try to discourage us but if we keep our eyes on Jesus, He will bring us through! I have seen people come to church drunk and go to the altar and get up as sober, also one man was cured of his cigarette addiction as he threw his cigarettes away and has never taken it up again! My mother was also healed of cancer! She trusted Him for everything, and He never failed her! These are just a few things that happened, I know of a whole lot more! So if you are down and out, don’t despair, just Try Jesus. He never fails!o’er evil His love prevails, through sunshine or stormy gales,TRY JESUS, He never fails!

Never failed me yet, never failed me yet.Gods love has never failed me yet! Where so ere I go this one thing I know .Gods love has never failed me yet!

Have you ever been told, “If you are going to do something, give it all you’ve got, and do it right!” You will be glad you did, as you won’t have to redo it all again! I can still hear my dad saying that! It is so true, even today! When I start to write my blog I have a terrible time trying to type, but if I get it done right the first time, it is fairly easy when I have to edit it. There have been many times in my life when I have said things and I wish today that I could go back and change things but it is too late, . I have asked the Lord to forgive me and I am so glad that we have an Advocate, with Jesus Christ, the righteous, who is our merciful Father! If I had only done it right the first time all would have been well! Perhaps we were asked to help someone, say mow their lawn, and just did half a job, and they told you it had to be done again, you really didn’t want to, but it was only right that you do it again! However, you may learn a lesson and next time, “Give it all you’ve got!”

Perhaps you were asked to speak to a youth group and there was only a few there, so you didn’t do what you should have done an!!d didn’t really pray about it! But when you got there you realized there was a person there who was really interested in the things of the Lord and you weren’t ready to give them what they needed! It didn’t matter if there were only a few, God knows all things and He knows who will be there beforehand. So if you ask Him what to say He will give it to you! The Bible tells us to be ready at all times to give an answer to those who are searching for the truth!

You may have been in a service when they were taking up a special offering for a specific need and you felt to give a certain amount but you decided not to give that much. You didn’t think it was necessary! If you have it and God says give it! You had better give it all you’ve got!

Jesus is coming soon and we must serve Him with all that we’ve got. It’s going to pay for us to be ready for that day. We can’t just serve Him half heartedly. You must serve Him with all you’ve got!

Perhaps you have been in an intercessory prayer, but you decided to slack off a bit. It isn’t a time to slack off when there are souls out there dying without hope. You should pray more, and give it all you’ve gon below there is power in prayer. All that we’ll ever need is waiting right there.c hild’s faith And it’s goodbye dispair! yes there is power,so much power in prayere

ABOUT

I am writing this blog today ABOUT rippleswritings blog! I wrote this before saying; I wanted to encourage someone else along life’s way and still do, but in order to do this you will have to read the blogs. I want to lift up the name of Jesus in each blog! He told us in Matthew, “If I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto me!” He allowed himself to be lifted up on the cross when he gave His life for you and me! I just want to tell a l people everywhere ABOUT Jesus! He is coming very soon!

Just As I Am

Have you ever said, “I am going just as I am?” I have several times, when I have just not felt up to it! For example, just the other night we had prayer meeting at our home and I just didn’t feel up to getting dressed again. So I didn’t! I was surprised and wished I had changed into something more appropriate. Especially when they had an anniversary party for us after prayer! Even though it was our 48th anniversary that day, I just never thought about a party! I guess it really pays to be ready.

In Matthew chapter 22, Jesus began speaking in a parable. He said, “ A certain King made a marriage supper for his son and he told his servants, “The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.” They went out and gathered together as many as were found both man, bad and good and the wedding was furnished with guests. Now when the king came in to see the guests he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment. He said unto him, “ Friend, how camest thou in not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. Then said the king to his servants, bind him hand and foot, and take him away and cast him into the river of darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, for many are called, but few are chosen.” It pays to be ready. not ‘just as I am!”

In order to be ready we must obey Acts 2:38, as we can’t be saved just as I am. We must come to Jesus, just as I am, and ask forgiveness of our sins and be baptized in Jesus’ name, and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost; so that when He comes we all have our wedding garments on! I don’t want to be in that position when He comes for His people! In the meantime we must come “just as I am” as we cannot change ourselves It takes the Holy Spirit of God to change us and to make us clean!

Just as I am without one plea, but that thy blood was shed for me. And that thou bidd’st me come to Thee, O Lamb of God, I come. I come! Just as I am and waiting not to rid my soul of one dark blot. To Thee whose blood can cleanse each spot, O Lamb of God, I come, I come. Just as I am though tossed about with many a conflict many a doubt. Fighting and fears within, without, O Lamb of God I come. I come. Just as I am pour wretched, blind. Sight riches healing of the mind. Yea all I need in thee I find. O Lamb of God, I come, I come. Just as I am Thou wilt receive, wilt welcome pardon cleanse relieve. Because Thy promised I believe, O Lamb of God I come, I come.
